Ask HN: Co founders getting part time engineering job?

Hi HN, We are trying to self fund our startup. Do you think it's realistic for two deeply technical founders to get a part time job alongside (the hiring company would need to be cool with this).

Any idea how to make this happen?

Deeply technical full stack JS engineers with impressive portfolio.

I have no idea where to even look for something like this so any advice is appreciated

I have tried doing this in the past. My main advice: make sure to charge enough. Making clients happy does take effort, and will harm your company.

I should have charged twice the amount (doing it now without any complaints)
