Ask HN: Why is NavBar hiding in Firefox mobile?

I can’t see the NavBar in my default view on many websites on Firefox mobile, but when I zoom out I can see it exists (e.g., messaging button on LinkedIn is hidden until Zooming out, requesting desktop site does not work) - Is this a bug or is it a “feature” update? Sites work on Safari FWIW.
