Having just read about how the UK's Emergency Services Network upgrade is eight years delayed and £6 billion over budget and climbing, I'm struggling to think of any successful IT project done by a UK Government.The exception might be many of various gov.uk websites which genuinely do seem to be clean, accessible, and well-managed.
