My guess, their legal department plays a bigger role now. They might sense some potential liability with that motto if they do something wrong.
It just didn't fit with the decor in their Evil Overlord HQ.
Having to uphold some idealistic image when operating a normal business is just a recipe for terrible PR. In particular as the company grows massive.
