Amazon will force resignation on employees failing to relocate near their team (businessinsider.com)

What's this "voluntary resignation" BS? It sounds like they're firing you if you don't relocate (and is this relocation on the employee's dime?) It's be nice if the article had interviewed a labor attorney as to the legality/ramifications of this. But yeah, "Business Insider". :/

If Amazon cut your pay in half and you resigned, would they also consider that "voluntary"?
