This seemed to slip under the radar for me, and given the discussion around the lack of truly open source LLMs I thought it may be useful for others.
It’s only the base model (the finetune ones are various CC) but given it’s only a few hundred dollars to finetune these base models into something akin to GPT 3.5 seems like a good starting point?
