Do contributions to OCID and MLP from Tower Collector get used?

I'm using Tower Collector on Android and upload the data to Mozilla Location Provider and OpenCelliD. I have an account at OCID and a personal API key that I entered into the collector app.

Uploads are reported to be successful to both providers from Tower Collector, but my OCID dashboard shows no activity, and uploads to MLP don't seem to be tied to any account. I asked OCID via email about their dashboard and they say they only offer community support and didn't bother to answer the question. I posted a forum post there and nobody responded in 12 days.

How can I find out if the data being uploaded from Tower Collector is going anywhere useful instead of /dev/null and actually being used somewhere?
