Ask HN: Is GitHub Down?

My commits aren't showing up in my PR branch even though it's been 30 minutes since I last pushed. git says everything's up to date, but GitHub refuses to show my changes. The GH status page is all green.

Anyone else having problems as well?

Edit: Correction, they do show up in the branch but not in the PR.
