These poor guards don’t have many other tools to get someone a out of a cell… all they have is pepper spray, batons, beanbag guns, tasers, body armor, shields, and a ten-to-one numeric advantage. How are you possibly supposed to get someone out of a cell without mauling them with a dog? /s
