Ask HN: Is Pushbullet going down all the time for other people?

I've been using this service for years to send myself notifications to all my devices from their API, but suddenly the last few days I've been getting a 502 quite a bit. I have no idea how to contact them as there is no contact email anywhere, and they haven't been active on their blog or Twitter (dare I say X?) since last year.

Is there a reliable alternative I could consider that can send push notifications to Android and Chrome simultaneously?
