is it just plausible deniability to weasel out of any controversial 'part' of the video later?

Of is the specific portion of the video that is sponsored actually specified somewhere in the contract?

Another possibility is that there are multiple sponsorships involved?

Maybe a specific video is sponsored by "X company", but the creator has a yearly contract with "Y company" that includes product placement/usage that they don't have to disclose each time?
