How to Overclock a Raspberry Pi 4 for Improved Performance (msn.com) 3 points by momirlan 2y ago ↗ HN
[–] 1MachineElf 2y ago ↗ MSN is a site designed to bring profits to Microsoft. Not where I'd expect to see a Raspberry Pi article. [–] winterqt 2y ago ↗ That's because this is an article from MakeUseOf, which MSN is aggregating/embedding: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-overclock-raspberry-pi-4/

[–] ksaj 2y ago ↗ This is exactly how I have my pi4's overclocked. Been running 24/7 that way without any issues. I do have fans on them to keep temperatures down.
[–] evahop 2y ago ↗ Also have this article from The MagPi from a few years ago. It contains more or less the same information with maybe a few additional monitoring commands and a more specific frequency of 2147.https://magpi.raspberrypi.com/articles/how-to-overclock-rasp...
