I hope he goes ahead with the lawsuit. Would be interesting to have those researchers explain to the court the exact meaning of the phrase "hate speech". Is it really hate speech or simply speech they don't like? They should be prepared to provide thousands of examples. A few dozen won't suffice as evidence of a "rise in hateful tweets".
