Bookmarked. I have a serverless app on Vercel but it doesn't have an always-on capability. It fires up when called and then goes away if there is no usage after 15 minutes or so. I haven't looked into it deeply enough to know whether there is a way to maintain an internal state. Perhaps there is but maybe such a feature is not available to a free account.
