I am more interested in the fact that it can be run locally than the uncensored aspect. The fact that it can be run for free locally should mean being able to use it as a dependency for libraries to leverage behind the scenes, right?

Right, but the uncensored models are supposed to be used for non commercial purposes only.

Ah, I see. I have an open source use-case in mind right now, personally.
