Maybe Google Street View drivers are penalized for stopping the same way Amazon fulfillment workers are penalized when they take a pee break?

In all seriousness though, there could probably be a Wikipedia page dedicated to Street View drivers involved in incidents. Incidents are bound to happen when you regularly drive on nearly every public street in the world.

This could make for a great Easter egg in Maps, assuming the camera was on.
