Cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes with the message: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed”, and will simultaneously broadcast on radio and video providers.
Will be interesting to social media feeds on that day, to see where any breakdown occurs.
