The answer is "no". Even the idea is idiotic, you want an ordinary database, tying yourself to some crypto infrastructure has zero benefit over just using a regular database.
The blockchain is a database that's better than a classical centralized database for an application where data accessibility, integrity and transparency are of paramount importance.
