Medium: your IOS app is hot garbage.

Editing a story is nearly impossible. Bolded text creates random capitalisation when you edit it. Line spacing is misrepresented. You randomly bounce to the bottom of the article being edited. The preview functionality is so bad its not even clear what it is -supposed- to do but doesn’t.

If you aren’t going to fix this at least allow mobile users to edit in the browser instead of forcing them to install your absolute travesty of application development.

I love the idea of medium and have posted a lot of articles there, bringing thousands of readers. Trying to use your crAPP has brought me to the edge of self immolation and it’s not even 6am yet.

Please. Fix your app or don’t make it mandatory. You are inflicting pain on the writers that create value for your business.

Medium is a garbage. Make your own blog with Jekyll or other open source CMS.

The united states and many other cultures have turned their back on the semantic power of rhymes with a terrible impact.

“App = Crap”. Say it again. Say it 1000 times. If you are a product manager you should have it branded on your back.

I mean seriously, the Reddit app is crap. Whenever they want you to switch to an app for a web site you know it is crap. Why is usage of threads down 80%? Because you can only post with a crap. If the only way to post to threads was by blinking the turn signals of your car that would be better than making people use a crap.
