AWS RDS: my multi-AZ RDS has been down for 9 hours. What to do?

I have raised the issue, tacked to our SA, upgraded to Business support to create a chat...

I get from them that I will get an update as soon as they know something.

In the meanwhile, I can't process orders.

Any tips to get better/faster support and/or get a serious compensation?
