What makes one tracker better than another? I'd say they all are equally bad. The VPN doesn't block your freedom to operate, it follows their customers' legitimate interest in not being tracked.
> It appears that Mullvad blocks our business website, infringing on our freedom to operate in the EU
What a load of crap. When a school WiFi blocks Facebook, are they "infringing on Facebook's freedom to operate in the EU"? No, they are simply making their own rules on their own network.
Noone is infringing on your freedoms here. You are free to operate in the EU. And Mullvad is free to block any website they want for the users of their network. On their own network, they (not you) decide whether your website is "legitimate" or not.
If you seriously believe that your rights are being violated, have a lawyer write to Mullvad. This is not a support forum for airing random beef.
If you use blocker that says it blocks malicious websites with malware, trackers or adult content, and your website is incorrectly classified as such that's different.
If Mullvad informed their user that they randomly block website "because <REASON>" and their users accept this, this would be fine.
The filter blocking our website is supposedly telling their customers that the website is in some way dangerous.
I am not seeking retribution here. This is not support. This is HN. I already had conversation with Mullvad support.
This is more of a warning, to check if you are not being randomly misclassified.
