It is not a good sign. Why such a cost cutting when the world is seeking for more power to Linux.
I bet , money needed to fuel the lifestyle of the people involved there..
It doesn't seem to be that. The article mentions more that while you'd expect Linux-related funding to be the majority of projects funded, they have actually funded non-Linux projects related to "Blockchain", for example, more than they've funded Linux-related projects.
