Hi HN, Here's a quick post I wrote on my journey of hair-loss, how it has impacted me over the years, what I have done to fix it, and my realizations over the years.
Its dead cells that adorn your head, you are putting a bit too much into it. If this is your biggest worry you have an easy life. Sure the ego hit when you no longer look like you think you should stings, and for a while, but nobody else cares. It's just us against us. Your hair didnt define who you were before, why would that change?

All that said, thanks for sharing, plenty of other people struggle with this. I kbow for a short time I did. I took the shatner advice and just shaved it and got on with my life.

Been losing my hair a bit more over the last few years. Not going to do anything about it, mainly because I'm not that vain. Plus, I'm hoping to go full-on Sir Patrick Stewart. Definitely won't be as cool as he is, though ...
My friend, I don't think it's the hair, it's likely your energy.

This anecdote for example: > Very recently, I had a conversation with someone in my office, and it went great. The next day, I asked them for a coffee, they came, with their bowl of fruits. We stood in the lobby facing each other, and behind me was the coffee machine. I tell her - “Give me one second, I will just get my coffee”, and I turn around to get my coffee. When I have my coffee and turn back around to see her, all of which took less than 1 minute, she is gone, disappeared, poof!

It sounds like you're putting too much pressure on people. Would you have cared if it was a guy you were getting coffee with had to shoot off? I think you should talk to girls with no expectations, otherwise people get defensive
