Jesus almost never answered the question which was put to him (based on the sources we have).
Though iirc a good number of those non-answers started with something like "Have I not told you" which at least implies he does answer them we just don't have a record of it.

Anyway though I don't think it's "meant" to be humorous but I do enjoy all his different disses when asked questions. "Don't you know the scriptures??", "were you not listening you jackass" type answers.

There's a small sci-fi novella I read once about a company that resurrected King Arthur in AI form, who through sheer charisma won the hearts and minds of the masses and went onto dominate English politics, spurring a (new) nationalist movement in England. The story ends with the company building on their success in the UK and shifting their focus onto Germany...
