Should I Emabled Enhanced Safe Browsing in Gmail?

Gmail has been asking me - and some people I know - for some time if we want to enable "Enhanced Safe Browsing" to "Get additional protection against phishing". I'm not really clear on what this is - is it something you would enable? I like to use uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger, and typically I advise people who I know to do the same. I also recommend Firefox over Chrome (and use FF myself). Thanks for your help.

I guess this takes any URLs you can click on in emails and rewrites them to go via a Google server, where they'll check the URL against a list of known vulnerabilities.
