Ask HN: Looking for Opinions on Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) Systems

Hi all! I live in quite a humid location (>70% relative humidity, in the winter it's mostly >90%), and I've been reading about Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems as a way to retrofit my house and tackle the humidity. Anyone has experience with these devices, and can recommend them?
