Additionally, What if your business is/was a little but “proactive” and created a problem to propose a solution for it later?

There isn’t a generic set of steps for all businesses, but this set seems like it would get you to a safe-ish bet. rather than a moonshot, which I think is what many programming minded people would benefit from.
