As I mentioned in the Reddit thread, the more examples and shared links the better, general feedback is good, but concrete examples work best!

You're not missing anything, it appears OP missed the mark on when to post this to drive engagement, and where to cross post it.

This is why it's important to hire someone who's good at community engagement rather than pawning it off on someone who doesn't have the existing skill set to drive positive community engagement.
