Poll: What is your primary search experience?

Second round of a poll I created yesterday. Asking again during US hours to hopefully get more responses. I updated the options a bit too.

SGE is Google’s Search Generative Experience, their AI summarization tool, requires activation.

Edit: why am I asking?

I’m trying to gauge how our community is currently adopting SGE or mostly not using Google in the first place. My own experience is that SGE is not very useful and my hunch is that developers in general won’t want to use it but am hoping to back that up with some data. If I get enough of a response, I plan to share this in a presentation I’m doing at my company’s meetup in Tokyo later this week.

If you explain why you want the info you might get more inputs. Dig around for "search engine marketshare" and you should get better answers than a tiny poll.

Long-term search will move inside the OS. "Where is my file?" or "What is the weather tomorrow?" -- The OS will fetch the result and even format and deliver it inside of the target application.
