Detect Fair Queuing on an internet connection (github.com)
Using the server and client scripts, one can check whether there's fair queuing at the bottleneck of a connection.
To my knowledge, this is the first measurement that can check for fair queuing.

[ 0.92 ms ] story [ 348 ms ] threadIt could answer the question "am i being throttled" but then haw do we work out where? combine this with traceroute logic and hit the intermediate routers?
I kinda suspect TCP/UDP streams may give different results too, especially across the wilderness of ISPs between real people.
It's not about net neutrality if you understood it that way.
