China’s new map outrages its neighbors (nbcnews.com)

It's amazing and creepy when people talk about this sort of thing like it was a simple, silly claims, talk.. We are talking about a country that as stolen, militarized and laid exclusive claim to many of the places they make claim to in this map.. In many cases land and ocean unambiguously part of other nations. These aren't blowhards merely talking loudly!

No link to the map, no picture of the whole map. Unbelievable.

One funny piece of this is that China's claim to some islands in the South China Sea appears to be based on simple errors in translation and cartography. But now they've taken it so far that they can't back down without losing face.
