Tell HN: Netwrck.com OpenAI Account Closed with 0 Notice

Hi all i run https://netwrck.com Just had our OpenAI account closed with no notice. Luckily we are also using Palm and https://text-generator.io in the event of an outage so there is no user impact.

Hard to trust these companies to stay there for you. OpenAI hasn't said anything about why.

I have two theories:

Users playing text adventures or "Unix users killing processes" that OpenAI considers too violent or users "talking dirty" to the AI Chatbots caused the account to be cancelled.

OpenAI stopped wanting to give me free credits from the Microsoft for startups plan and decided to instead cancel the account.

Interested to hear your thoughts and i'll let you know as this progresses.
