Musk isn't suing anybody. Aside from it being complete BS, discovery would be...embarassing.

The important thing is that Musk thinks he's suing someone, at least until his lawyers explain that it would be suicidal.

Well I'm sure this maneuver will bring advertisers running back to Twitter.

But at this point, I'm fairly confident Elon Musk is simply a "any press is good press" narcissist. He doesn't care what happens to the business, to the employees, to the users; as long as his name is in headlines, he's happy.
