Yes. Both for public and enterprise cloud. Started around 9:26 AM PT.

Reads used to work (but not writes), now all seems to be offline.

yes. github returns 500 for me: "Looks like something went wrong!"

youtube seems down as well. only the skeleton loads, no content.

YouTube is working for me. Must be a backbone issue somewhere?

oh wow. I just tested incognito and youtube works there. so I thought it must be some extension I have installed. turns out, ublock origin enabled blocks the whole youtube content (resulting in youtube skeleton page).

can anybody reproduce this?

From Github Status page a few minutes ago: Update - We are investigating an issue that is impacting a small percentage of requests across all services including authentication and are working on mitigating impact.
