I've recently built and released Audio Diary an AI-enhanced voice journal that structures and analyses a user's daily entry. I'm really happy with how it eventually turned out and it's had some moderate success (1300 users without advertising). I would like some guidance on what to do next.
I have been working on this for 18 months, and recently I'm starting to have a lot more faith in the product due to some really positive feedback, both public and private, that indicate that it's genuinely helping people. I want to see it grow in both terms of the product and the adoption.
I'm a solo founder [0], and don't have much experience in user analysis, so after I felt that Audio Diary's concept had been somewhat validated by the public I worked on an admin panel (for internal metrics) and found that with very few tweaks it could be made completely anonymous and become part of a kind of interactive pitch deck. I'm happy with how it turned out and I wanted to share it here.
I would be grateful for any advice on where to go forward with this product, and how to make it grow into a real business. I'm based in London and I'm starting to look at networking evenings, but past that I am unclear on a viable path to growth.
