Ask HN: Where to register alternate TLD's?

I need to register a .gs domain name. Namecheap doesn't do .gs, and neither do the other registrars that I regularly use. The only one I can think of right now is the elephant killing, SOPA supporting registrar we all love to hate. Can you suggest reputable alternatives?
