I don't understand how this responds to anything said in the video?

I am aware of zero women’s groups that have opposed increasing women’s participation in the military.

Also I’ve never heard of a men’s rights group that opposed selective service by gender.

It comes up as talking point on forums but it doesn’t seem any “pro male” advocates are really all too invested in changing it.

Depends on where you live. In the US you get doxxed and encouraged to kill yourself. In Iran / Afghanistan you get arrested and flogged or killed.

I'm not sure why you're trying to dismiss this.

Maybe not in Iceland, but there very much are police that arrest gender non-conforming people all over the world.
