I wonder if the rest of the org can learn some evolutions of their process based on the feedback that having this app used a "small, isolated, secret team, seperate from the noise. What aspects of the "bureaucracy" are slowing development?
Meta is famously "bottoms-up" in Engineering. The difference here seems to be that Engineering was done a little more traditionally with hand-picked teams and top-down management of the Engineering.
