I finally have some evidence to stop my wife's complaints.

Action item for me - push people to do a phone call rather than a zoom, then I do it while walking.
My Dad and I are like this. Any time we need to make phone call, we go for a walk.

I get complaints when it's windy outside.

I wonder if it's the same mechanics as Zen Buddhism but from the western angle.

I'm surprised that walking on a treadmill helped, given that the scenery is static.

That took convincing the titans of those industries.
