Are there any non Chinese fast LTE (5G) modems/routers

I'm in Europe and I'm looking for a non Chinese made LTE Cat 15 or better (preferably 20) modem or router with external antenna ports. Unfortunately all there seems to be is made by ZTE and Huawei. Any device made by other manufacturer like Netgear has Chinese modem inside. Is there any other manufacturer out there? (Asus, anyone?) if not, why is it companies like Asus seem to have stopped at LTE cat 6? Why no one is making LTE cat 20 modems without Chinese backdoors anymore? Or are they?

Many times it's a quactel or sierra wireless m.2 modem inside.

Some embedded devices use UBlox chipsets, which are Swiss. May be worth looking for one.

… we used to use a lot of MicroHard modems, which were Canadian made. Something tells me they were UBlox but I can’t find any solid reference to it.

Netgear have the nighthawk 5G router, with a Qualcomm modem.
