Google Maps suggesting illegal driving route

Lately Google Maps has begun suggesting routes near me which involve illegally avoiding paying tolls. I live near Dulles Airport in Northern Virginia. Heading to/from the airport are two roads which until you get near the airport follow the same route. The Dulles Toll Road and the Dulles Access Road. The toll road is for general traffic and as the name suggests requires paying a toll to use. The access road is only for use by traffic to/from the airport and is toll free. Using the access road to avoid paying the toll is illegal, but this is exactly what Google Maps has begun to suggest. It would have you drive to the airport, circle the airport and get on the access road. The police do monitor for this activity and will ticket you.

I have had Google Maps suggest ill advised roads before but illegal routes are something new to me. Has anyone else experienced other route suggestions which are illegal?
