[ 4.0 ms ] story [ 23.2 ms ] threadI would put a priority on making it far more fluid. Also important is the way it answers the call, which is completely lifeless and devoid of energy. Though I guess this matches the way most teenage workers answer the phone :)
And I just wanted to leave some honest feedback, apparently at least one person here thinks i was being a dick, but was not my intention, and I hope you don't take it as that. I wish you good luck with your project
To bring up my drive-thru example again, I mentioned it at the window and they said a lot of people were upset by the interaction too and had complained. Since there are alternatives nearby its easy to just not return to deal with "that".
Maybe some 'hold over' phrases could be used to fill the air while processing, like "sure, just a sec" , anything to let a user know that they were actually heard
