Ask HN: Budgeting Website or App

I am looking for a budgeting website and app that allows for: * Zero based, envelope budgeting * Defining multiple bank accounts * Importing transaction history from a CSV/... file for each bank account (no need to connect to my bank) * Automatic recognition of bank statement item categories (i.e. "KFC" should be categorised automatically as "Eating out") * Allows to override automatic bank statement item categorisation for a single occurrence or globally * Free to evaluate before committing to a purchase

I have looked for a couple of hours online, and am yet to find an app or website that meets this criteria.
