Ask HN: Unreal or Epic Help?

I wanted to use UE5 for something, and to download it you need to be logged into the Epic Game store. My account won't let me log in without verifying my phone number through some Korean language portal that seems to require a Korean phone number. Anyone know how to reach Epic support? I can't find any help emails or phone numbers listed and opening a ticket requires being logged in.
