Ask HN: What's your hardware capacity dedicated to test

Hi all, For those of you who uses dedicated machines for testing (e.g. jenkins workers, gitlab runners), what is your hardware capacity? How much load are they going through? We are in the process of revisiting this capacity and we would love to know if there is some industry standard or best practices (number of cpu core per dev, ...).
