Didn't read the article, but the only way I see it can be dangerous, could be a heaviest object (star, neutron star, magnetar...) around which the black hole is revolving and the black hole escaping its orbit with a 'sling effect' (i don't know the correct translation in english) directed to our solar system.
If it's not revolving around a more massive object, I think we're safe.
EDIT : I don't want to be alarmist, but there are more unknown dangers coming from space than this simple black hole, stuff like 2021 sg : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021_SG
or some FRB or GRB directed toward Earth
Anyway, you don't worry about this, there is nothing anyone can do about these natural spatial threats
