This is an incredibly poorly written article. First, cops lie more often than they don't. Second, saying that a taser, "administers a shock of about 1.9 milliamperes" means absolutely nothing. Third, errors like "Taser's are designed" make me wonder what kind of "journalist" could've possibly written this.
