I use oat milk in my mashed potatoes for thanksgiving because some people are vegan and some are lactose intolerant. I made both vegan and non-vegan mashed potatoes one year and people told me not to bother with non-vegan in the future because they couldn't tell the difference
Even if this is accurate, it's still marketing material from the manufacturer and doesn't belong on HN.
That's not even a community guideline here (and rightfully so).
