Ask HN: Have you noticed huge spam/scam campaign on YouTube?

Lately in a lot of videos I watch there are comments threads like these (highlighted comment):

As you can see it's basically the same spam/scam campaign, I've noticed the same pattern in 20-30% of all the videos I watch on different topics in the last few weeks.

In general the worse the economy gets the more scams you see. Like nearly every job posting I find is a scam to try to get me to pay for a job listings site.

I don't think I've run into this myself, thankfully. How does it work? They want you to pay to allegedly get your information posted somewhere where an employer might happen to see it?
