Hi, would anyone be willing to give me some resume tips and feedback? I am not getting anything but rejections from job apps.

In particular, 2 specific things:

* Would it be better to change my title listed for Scripta from Cofounder to Software Engineer? I was technically the CEO, though I did a fair amount of coding alongside the CTO because we were both technical.

* Is it the lack of current employment that is hurting me? How much would it help if I was able to list my work for the Free Law Project as "consulting" or something, rather than open source?

Let me know how it goes. My thoughts: - I would add "objective" you are seeking what? - It sounds like you have learned how to code yourself and don't have a degree in CS. # of lines of code would be helpful to get a gauge of your coding skills as individual contributor. - Legal experience overlaps your work, so it's a bit confusing , quick line on what exactly is it would probably help. - I would link the article you have on substack. I myself did a quite a bit of research on vector db, and can relate to topic.

Can you elaborate a little on this? Like, you understood "ok he did a startup from x date to y date" and then you got down to the legal experience and were kind of like "wait, I thought he was doing the startup during that time?"
